Its very rare to validate XSLT, tehstructure of an XSLT document having
intermingled elements from XSLT and the result document type makes it
virtually impossible using standard schema languages.

You could validate FO documents but officially there isn't a DTD or
schema for that either, although some unoffical ones exist.
