ensure that u use exclude-result-prefixes="text" on xsl:stylesheet

you will have use the local-name() function e.g. as illustrated below to manually construct your elements

        <xsl:template match="text:*">
                <xsl:element name="{local-name()}">
                	<xsl:apply-templates/>
                </xsl:element>
        </xsl:template>
