Hi

Can anyone plz tell me if it is possible, using Xalan, to modify or
transform(through an XSL) a part of the source XML. I do not want a new DOM
tree to be generated, which XSL does. XSL transforms the source tree and
creates a new tree. Instead what I am trying to do is to apply the
transformations on the source itself wherever necessary instead of
generating a new tree...maybe it is possible through Xalan/ Xerces
parser...but HOW???

thnx
Param
