Cocoon Problems

Hello,
I have  a problem I'm searching for a Sample where I can develope
XML XSL Files with Cocoon and JBuilder.
The problem: I am a real Java Newbie!
I have worked with .Net and XML very much and 
mean that I have a good Knowledge Base in XML and XSL.
But I cant get it in a picture how does this work in Java.
