RE: Header footer on every page...

Hi,

You might like to try to use a xhtml file for the header and the footer and
insert them using the document function. Inserting similarly to the
following...

<xsl:copy-of href="document('static.xhtml')//head""/>

<xsl:copy-of href="document('static.xhtml')//body"/>
