What he means by translate (if you dont know) is something like
<xsl:if test="translate($TValue,'true','TRUE') = 'TRUE'">
then html
</xsl:if>
the translate($TValue,'true','TRUE') should convert "True", "TrUe", etc
to "TRUE".
