I'm not sure how this is related to your XSL stylesheet. I assume you mean that the browser you're using to view the HTML is not applying the proper CSS rules. That could be for a number of reasons: buggy browser, CSS file doesn't exist in the path you specify, your CSS file has invalid rules . . . but it doesn't seem to be an issue with XSL/XSLT per se. I read through the previous messages, but I could still be missing something here. cheers, b.
