Does anyone know of a command-line XSLT processor which supports

Well, probably CLI in the subject has nothing to do with .NET CLI, but anyway - nxslt.exe (command line wrapper around .NET XSLT)[1] supports piping too, both for source and stylesheet (but not simultaneously).
