Generating word format Xml Documents

HI List,

Has anyone here looked into generating word xml files using xslt?

I have several word template files each with several book marks, I need
to transform data from the database into certain formats and then use
these formatted items in the place holders on the document.

This is for a web application running on the .net framework, I am
looking at doing this because I cannot use the Word.Application on my
webserver. Any help would be much appreciated
