I don't think that's a good idea to create PCL directly by XSLT. Much better way is all that jazz XSL is about - XSLT stylesheet transforms source tree to formatting objects tree and then XSL-FO formatter performs formatting and rendering to PCL, PDF, Postscript etc. whatever formatter supports. See http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl and http://xml.apache.org/fop
