kids looking for dates
I am working on creating a HTML menu. The menu is going to be
described like this:

<menu>
  <item name=" item1">
    <submenu>
      <subitem name="item1" url="?"/>
      <subitem name="item2" url="?"/ >
      <subitem name="itme3" url="?">
        <submenu>
          <subitem name="item1" url="?"/>
          <subitem name="item2" url="?"/>
        </submenu>
      </subitem>
      <subitem name="item4" url="?"/ >
    </submenu>
  </item>
  <item name="item2">
    <submenu>
      <subitem name="item1" url="?"/>
      <subitem name="item2" url="?"/ >
    </submenu>
  </item>
  <item name="item3"/>
  <item name="item4"/>
  <item name="item5"/>
</menu>

When at an item or subitem level, I need to set onclick and on
mouseover events IFF there is a submenu. How do I determine if the
current node has a submenu node?

Sam
