quatation marks
in xml/xslt everytime i copy paste a statement from word with quotation mark
it converts it the quatation marks to &acirc;?? .

am using these encoding <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>.

How can i prevent it from crashing my work?
