First work out whether you have an HTML problem or an XSLT problem. Try
hand-coding the HTML you are trying to generate, and see if it works in
the browser. Then try writing the XSLT, and see what HTML it produces.
Don't bring the problem to this list unless you're sure it's an XSLT
problem.
