Grr it's so annoying that LNMML has the braces reversed like this, it
makes it a pain to use in a brace matching editor, or with eyes that are
just over-accustomed to jumping to a matching brace.
If it was
[verse{No! penury, inertness and grimace,}verse]
it would be so much prettier:-)
