FOP calling a template dynamically

Hello Friends,
I have an XML document that provides the name of the template to be called .

I'm doing the following without success .
<xsl:template match="/root">
   <xsl:for-each select="/root/data">
      ...
      <xsl:call-template name="../@tplt"   />
      ...
   </xsl:for-each>
</xsl:template>

My XML look like
<root tplt="tp1">
   <data firstname="Chuck" lastname="Ohana" />
   <data firstname="Patrick" lastname="OMalley" />
   <data firstname="Sean" lastname="Donovan" />
</root>


Does anyone know what am I doing wrong
