Is there something more I have to change in my code besides of this?

(with <!DOCTYPE xsl:stylesheet [

How do I include this part in my xml?
<!DOCTYPE xsl:stylesheet [
  <!ENTITY nbsp "&#160;">]>

For some stupid reason I forgot my xml-book today
