XSL-FO 1.0 supports this, but I gather from past posts that FOP does not recognize the last page in a page sequence. Read up on <repeatable-page-master-alternatives> and <conditional-page-master-reference> to see how to sequence page geometries testing for the first, last and rest settings for page-position=.
