This is basically an XHTML problem: the submit input should have a name attribute.
Other than that, you can rewrite you stylesheet fragment to
<form action="{UrlTag}" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="name" value="{nameTag}" />
<input type="submit" name="submitname" value="Go To Link" />
</form>
for readability.
