line height xml output
Howdy folks,

I've noticed that if I print an XML file using XSL-FO markup to a postscript file and then print it, the line-height/padding seems to be ignored. However, if I view it with -awt or print directly to PCL, the spacing appears normally.

Although I could just print using -awt, -awt requires X windows, and the Linux & Unix boxes my clients are using do not have X Windows installed.

Has anyone had this type of experience? Can anyone suggest a workaround?
