It depends. You can use a table with two columns, put the text in the first, very narrow column in order to let it overflow into the second column wioth the image. You wont get automatic line breaks this way. Another possiblity is to use overlapping absolutely positioned block-containers. Because processing of such constructs is not well specified, you'll have to experiment a bit.
