RE: Using document()

Hi,

Sure, you can use a URIResolver.  I posted in a little 'howto' on this a week or
so ago:

It is geared toward a servlet. I also submitted a little example app to Dave
Pawson that should be going up on his FAQ on his next generation. You could use
the resolver to call another process to extract just what you need or setup a
transform that does what you need.

URIResolvers are a Good Thing :)
