this causes an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in XSLTC

Using the following snippet works with XML_SPY, but not with JAXP/XSLTC

I'm trying to gather all @Code Attributes regardless of parentage, and
concatenate with ","...

I am doing this right, aren't I ?
