I have a section specifically on this (w.r.t. bulk transforms)

It's quite useful, but you might find it better to write your own
wrapper if you want to do anything fancy.

Sure you did not mean "msxsl.exe" instead of "msxml.exe", as some people
have suggested?  I have that installed myself, but I usually use Saxon
(of
course, all the same path considerations would apply to Saxon too). Try
searching for msxsl.exe.  If you did not tell it anything different, the
msi
probably put it somewhere in c:\Program Files.
