RE: JSP includes in XSLT

I guess I'm going to chime in on this.  The only performance hit that you
should see is the single call it takes to retrieve the include which
technically shouldn't be noticeable compared its counterpart.

In my experience, performance isn't really the issue.  The issue was
learning how to correctly write the include to accept parameters at runtime
in order to retrieve a result.
