I just wanted to thank everyone out there for their helpful answers to
my questions. Thanks to that, and the books by Michael Kay and
Jeni Tennison, I was able to create a production-ready XSLT
template that meets my needs (I'm sure I'll find ways to improve
it ;-).  And I got it done before my deadline!
