count xml contents
Hi Jarkko,

Sure. Select the nodes that you want and union them together to create
a node set that contains all the nodes you want to count, then pass
that node set as the argument to the count() function. For example:

  <xsl:value-of select="count($P1//P1Kurssi/P1Arvosanat/arvosana |
                              $P2//P1Kurssi/P1Arvosanat/arvosana)" />

or even in this case:

  <xsl:value-of
    select="count(($P1 | $P2)//P1Kurssi/P1Arvosanat/arvosana)" />

Cheers,

Jeni
