Hello All,
Using MSXML3, I'm trying to set
<xsl:output method="html" encoding="utf-8" />
MSXML3 outputs UTF-16
[<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-16"]
xalan and saxon works fine.
Why is that?
