 I think the issue is with the namespace. This worked for me.

xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

This list is for XSL but your are using the entirely different language
built into IE5. Your best course of action is to install MSXML3 or use IE6
so that you can use XSLT.
