RE: XQuery or XSLT

I would recommend XSLT right now, since XQuery is not released yet.
Also, XSLT allows you to build a "template" that looks more like HTML,
so you can cut-and-paste from HTML design tools to do XSLT.  And there
are a number of XSLT designer tools available.
