But assuming that isn't an answer (perhaps it is, why would you want to
avoid xsl:copy?) maybe you just want to throw in
<xsl:for-each select="namespace::**">
... er something but I think you have to use copy-of, so if your
requirement not to use copy also applies to copy-of then I don't know...
