Re: FO Puzzle: Table Continued On Next Page

I was able to solve this puzzle by using markers.

Within the static text for the page footer, I refer to a marker I called
"table-continued" using "last-ending-within-page" as the retrieve
position. Then in each cell I generate a marker with the text "Table
continued on next page..." and immediately after the
fo:table-and-caption I put out a block with an empty marker. Works a
treat.
