I have trouble reading this kind of thing on a screen, and prefer to
print it to read at leisure. The printer-friendly version on topxml
isn't very printer-friendly, at least with my set-up (and crashes NN4
on Linux :-( - mind you, lots of things do that); is there a pdf version
available anywhere?
