regd: XML schema

Hello,
I'm doing a conversion program to convert the HTML
document into a XML document.I've converted the HTML
document into a WELL-FORMED (XML
COmpatible)document.But to validate that XML
compatible document i need a XML Schema.I DOn't know
where to get it.
Any related information is welcomed.Please help me in
this regard.
