I put one together for Chapter 10 of "Professional XML Schemas" from
Wrox. You can download it from http://www.wrox.com/ (you have to go
through the usual registration process, but surprisingly enough you
don't have to buy the book [though of course I recommend you do, as
all the documentation is in there!]).
