SAXON:: Got error on executing it.

hello,
I'm using jdk1.3.1 , I have problems in running the
SAXON parser from the command line.
when i execute the following line:
******
java  com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet src1.xml xsl1.xsl
******
i get the following error:
Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NOClassDefFoundError:com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet


I tried the other option,
******
java  -jar dir/saxon.jar src1.xml xsl1.xsl
******
i got another error:
Exception in thread "main"
java.util.zip.ZipExceptin:The system cannot find the
path specified
        at java.util.zip.ZipFile.open(native method)
        at java.util.zip.ZipFile.<init>(unknown
source)
        at java.util.jar.JarFile.<init>(unknown
source)
        at java.util.jar.JarFile.<init>(unknown
source)

I have downloaded the SAXON parser in d:\sax and
unzipped the zip file in the same folder.I executed
the above commands from the d:\sax directory.
I tried 1/2 a day to fix the error,but didn't
suceeded.
Do anybody have any idea regarding the above errors?
If so,please let me know it.
