adding a new font

Hi
i have posted this questiong earlir also  , but ..

i have defined a new font in usrconfig file and run my fop driver  by loading ths config,.

the pdf that i got after transformatiom ,it display fine but it doesn't print properly , it seems i am missing some thing in userconfig,
plz any body tell me about the structure of userconfig , what all i need in that apart from thess fonts ,

this is bug in my pdf generation process , plz help me in finding  a solution for it.
any help regarding this will be apperciated.
