placement de table
Hello,

I have the following problem. I need to produce (using XSL-FO) a page
that has a header, list-of-items (a table), and a footer. But, if the
list-of-items doesn't fit in whole between header and footer, then the
table must start from the blank page, with some descriptive text
(like, "For list of items, see next page(s)") placed between header
and footer on the first page. Is it possible with pure XSL-FO?

Thanks,
