Please forgive my impertinence but I think the transformation used to
generate your page is missing an instance of omit-xml-declaration="yes"
which would get IE to render it as HTML 8-)

The stylesheet responsible has been fixed (changed output method
to HTML rather than use omit-xml-declaration) and the pages updated.
