[XSL-LIST Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] RE: we owe SUN?
Hello Larry [larry said] Drat, I was doing that for a school symposium when I first learned XSLT, but that was published in fall 2000. :-) I think just showing Cocoon should be sufficient evidence of prior art, shouldn't it? [didier replies] Microsoft also published an IIS extension that just does that. This could be counted as prior art. I also published a DSSSL engine (DSSSL is a style sheet language and an ISO standard) that does just that in 1999! It just proves that patent office people are simply out of date and probably a bit lazy or corrupted to accept this kind of thing with so much public work as a patent.
