RE: XSLT match with regex what's the best current solu

Another approach might be POI: http://poi.sourceforge.net/ when starting 
from Word documents. There's a bunch of Cocoon stuff in it also, and as 
you perhaps already read from the cocoon-dev list, a donation of POI is 
currently under consideration.
