[XSL-LIST Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] Reverse order axis operators...
I have MSXML 4.0 installed. I have a question about the following Axis within an XPath expression: ancestor:: ancestor-or-self:: preceding:: preceding-sibling:: All the reference material abd W3c reading says that these four Axis should return node-list in reverse document order. But When I try it out it returns the nodes in document order. Microsoft say that have fixed this issue in MSXML3 Sp1, see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q291193 for more details on the Microsoft "feature" and fix. However I still have the error in MSXML4.0. Does anyone else have this issue? Or am I going crazy and this is not an issue? Cheers! I know forgive my choice, but that's what I'm using!
