Problem with eval and script tags

Hi all,
In our application, we are parsing the XML document with the XSL doc at
server side using the XSLT processor.
This is for cross-browser support.
But we are getting some problems.
The eval tag and script which are specific to Microsoft , wont work .Is
there any alternative for these tags.
Can you please inform me which other tags wont work in XSL.
I need this very badly.
