Your problem is that you are trying to process XSLT stylesheets through a non-XSLT processor. First step is to get yourself an XSLT processor. And as the author of an XSLT book I might be biased, but I'm not going to spend a lot of my and my company's time answering questions that were only necessary because you weren't prepared to spend a bit of your or your company's money on a decent reference book.
