Hehe, I'm embarrassed to ask this question:

How do you hardcode a Jaxp application to use Saxon? 

I'm writing an app that opens pretty big XML files and I want the app to
insist on using Saxon because of it's TinyTree, to avoid out-of-memory
problems.
