The Working draft on which that implementation was roughly based
explictly says that it should not be relied on or quoted as anything
other than work in progress...

you don't _have_ to use client side transforms at all. You can do server
side transforms then it will also work on IE4 or netscape or opera.  For
those that have IE6 (or an updated IE5) or (on a good day) Netscape 6
then you can serve XML and client side stylesheet. So gradually this
will become the norm. You should view the transformation language in IE5
as a temporary implementation of a rough working draft and not use it
for any real production work (and curse microsoft for including such an
implementation in a production release of IE)

If you really feel you want to use the IE5 language that's fine, it is
your choice, just as you can use PL/1 or Algol68 or any other language,
it's just that this list is not the place to discuss it.
