XSL-Fo and CSS

Hello everybody!

A question about XSL-FO:

Is there a possibility in XSL-FO to put the format specification of external
CSS-files and integrate them later in <fo:...>-Tags?
It should be similar as CSS concept for HTML.

Otherwise, how can I implement it else?
