transformation problem

Hi all !

I have the following tag in my xml doc.

<element name="book"/>

I'm trying to extract the attribute and use it as a tag.

<book/>


I'm trying

<xsl:template match="xsd:element">
 <"{@name}"/>
</xsl:template >

But this doesn't work.

Any ideas ?

Also does anyone have any examples of schema annonations or adjuncts
working ?
