Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you use the xsl:attribute
to do this?

<xsl:attribute name="href">
<xsl:value-of select="SiteURL"/>
</xsl:attribute>
</a>
I hope that is it. That is how I have done it in the past. There might be a
more convenient way to do it though..not sure.
