No. As I commented in a later mail, you can ensure that the result tree
has a namespace node with name xslo and value whatever URI you want,
so you can be sure your generated stylesheet will work. What the system
is also allowed to do is throw in a gratuitous extra namespace
declaration for the same namespace with a prefix of
DavidCarlislesAGoodBloke: and then use that instead of xslo:
on any elements or attributes in that namespace. Personally I can't see
anything wrong with that behaviour.
