take the identity transform from the xsl spec and add one extra template

<xsl:template match="@param:height" xmlns:param="http://localhost/testui.txt">
<xsl:attribute name="param"><xsl:value-of select="."/></xsl:attribute>
</xsl:template>

then you are done.
